Workshops 2025

Moods is a therapeutic style art studio where we use art to process our emotions. Many of us have childhoods where we were not given the tools to manage, understand or even talk about our feelings.

Art making can help put a better understanding to what is going on in our inner world. A visual voice for our experience to help heal the invisible wounds we may be carrying.

Moods is not therapy. Although we believe art can be very healing. We do not diagnose. We simply use art as a vehicle for expression and understanding. Pieces created can be shared with your therapist. Moods offers a calm, relaxing, judgement free studio.

If you are a woman who feels overwhelmed and are not quite sure how to articulate what you are feeling, or just want a bit of relief from your stress, try one of our guided workshops below. Paint your feelings, feel better, find clarity.
