What is Mindful Art?
Mindful Art is about engaging in the act of creating, enjoying the moment and not worrying about the finished product.
Do I have to have previous art experience to attend?
No, even if you have never painted before you can attend any workshop, private session or discussion group.
What will we be learning?
This studio is about being in the moment, trusting your gut and creating art with no agenda or format. Monica will be your creative guide and help you along if you get stuck.
How long are sessions?
Typically, 2 hours unless otherwise marked. Time for meet and greet, creating, small breaks and discussions.
Who can attend?
This studio is for women ages 18 and up. Unless otherwise noted.
What’s included?
Paint, paper, brushes, smocks, any other art items needed to create.
