I use art as a way to self understanding and personal development.

I took my twenty years of using art as a healing tool, mixed that with extensive life experiences, sprinkled in my intuition, curious attitude and love of finding hidden meaning in everything, and created a five part system to a life filled with meaning, joy and balance.
Moods Therapeutic Art Studio

Was created for those women, who like me, are emotionally struggling in silence, trying to find themselves against the statis quo, and hoping to discover a life that feels more meaningful and joyful. Moods is a safe environment for women to feel heard, valued and understood.
What happens in an art session?

Once inside the studio, we will do a check-in to see where you are in this moment in time. discuss your current feelings, along with what you honestly want. This may be something you have never expressed to anyone for fear of judgement. Maybe you are not even sure exactly what you want, just yet. That’s ok and totally normal.
We will use various art techniques along with therapeutic style questioning to give you a visual snapshot, depth and meaning to your piece. I like to think outside the box, intuitively brainstorm creative ideas and push boundaries. Putting your internal world in visual form creates an individualized and unique experience, helping you find clarity.
We can work together one time, a few times or monthly depending how deep you want to go. One time can be to help relieve some stress, a few times to gain more clarity on a situation or monthly to discover who you are on a much deeper level, gaining confidence in yourself, your choices and becoming the woman you’ve always wanted to be but were afraid or not ready.
