Peri/menopause

Have you been extra moody lately with no real explanation as to why? Hot Flashes? Night sweats? You may be experiencing perimenopause. At a Peri/Menopause Café women gather to have cake and coffee and discuss their experiences.
Connect with other women from all stages of menopause so you don’t

1:1 SESSION
I’ve helped many stressed women over the years thru art. Sometimes creativity can bring up deep feelings, past trauma or private things you may want to finally address. That’s why these sessions are more “therapeutic” in style giving you a safe space to explore a little deeper.
Each session is unique;
I may gently guide you thru a project, create with you or leave you to work your own magic.
During our time together, I can offer you a lifetime of learning experience, an open mind, some creative intuition, great listening skills and a lighthearted attitude.
I would be honored to creatively help you through whatever you may need.
